Earlier I posted about my grab at will peanut sauce. After dinner, where I ate a good 6 oz of steak, a potato and some broccoli, I sat down on the couch and began writing up the recipe from earlier’s experiment. Here you are:

Spicy Peanut Sauce

1/2 C creamy peanut butter (your favourite brand, I used Jiff)

1/4 C 2% milk (You can substitute this for Half & Half)

1/4 C Water (can be whatever temperature you’d like, as it ends up in the pan anyways)

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (I used low sodium)

2+ Tbsp cayenne pepper

Speaking from experience, this sauce is much too thick for rice noodles, but would make for a perfect dipping sauce for egg rolls or dumplings/wontons.
