I should stick with perfecting eggs. At least I can flip those almost perfectly.

My Crepe flipping skills are an absolute disgrace. Oh, a note: If you’re going to use the Strawberry Crepe Filler Recipe, make sure you boil it down completely over medium high heat. It should be like a gelatin, but a little runny. If it’s still “saucy” then you’re going to want to crank it up and add another 1/4C of sugar, stirring frequently.
