Of late, I’ve been on a cooking kick and am working on making different foods. This week, goes without saying. I’m, for some reason, on a diverse kick.

Monday: Beef & Broccoli stir fry with white rice

Tuesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu & garlick-y egg noodles

Wednesday: Steak Filet thingies piled high with onions and served with Rice/Pasta (OR I could buy a pepper and make Philly steak and cheese with them)

Thursday: Bangers & Mash

Friday: Fish & Chips,

(Am giving myself a whole week to talk myself out of making the fish and chips because goodness knows I’ll mess that one up)
