I’ll let the pictures do the talking. 

Wednesday night, Josh and I went to Nat Hayden’s for dinner. We had this.

(Clockwise) Brisket, potatoes, corn bread, and mac & cheese. Delicious.

This morning, I woke up and made breakfast. A simple egg sandwich on an everything bagel thin… with a side of brisket.

The left over brisket tastes even better than it did fresh, surprisingly. But then again, all the juices and barbecue stuff soaked into the meat.
